The PHA 2012 BOARD AND OFFICERS shall be trooping in full force to Angeles City on February 26, 2012 for the PHA Region 3 Conference and Marathon Dialogue. PHA President Atty. Bu Castro, M.D. leads the group and intends this conference to be a fruitful interaction amongst the stakeholders. As can be gleamed from the program and the array of resource personalities, it is his hope and prayer that appropriate information contributory to the resolution of problems and difficulties encountered by all parties shall be brought up.
